This text message program is operated by Marco Force Barber LLC, doing business as Marco Force Barber. By opting in, you agree to the terms below.

Program description

This is a marketing text message program. Marco Force Barber sends promotional text messages from (727) 618-1349 to subscribers who have opted in to receive them. Messages may include:

• Last-minute openings and available chair times
• Weekly availability, hours and schedule updates
• News about services offered

How to opt in

You can join in either of these ways:

• Submitting your mobile number through our signup form at marcoforcebarber.com and checking the consent box. The form states who is sending the messages, what types of messages you will receive, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and how to opt out.
• Texting the keyword MARCO to (727) 618-1349. You will receive a confirmation message describing the program.

This is the only way to join. We do not add numbers collected from bookings, phone calls, or any other source. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and we will never add your number without your explicit consent.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You can expect roughly one to four messages per month, depending on openings and availability.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Marco Force Barber does not charge for this service, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive any further messages from us unless you opt in again.

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Messaging is available on most major U.S. carriers.

Text messaging requires a mobile device capable of sending and receiving SMS messages. Not all devices or carriers support all features.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in the text program after an update means you accept the updated terms.
